Amidst all the excitement of new listings, helping our clients, and watching the 500-Block project rise, we might have missed our own anniversary. But hey, when you're busy making real estate dreams come true, a few of our own personal milestones are bound to slip by!
While Revel Realty is a fresh, new name and brokerage, we carry with us over 45 years of experience, stemming from a deep legacy in the industry. This year has been about revitalizing that legacy and creating something dynamic and forward-thinking that aligns with the needs of today’s market.
The past year also marked an exciting transition for us, as we moved out of our old space to make way for a vibrant new development that will soon be our home again (The Windermere 500-Block project). We’re thrilled to begin building out our unit and look forward to returning to this location later this year, giving us even more opportunities to grow, connect, and revel in all things real estate.
Navigating a year of big changes wasn't just about construction and branding. The real estate industry itself experienced major shifts, including the evolving landscape around buyer brokerage agreements. We’ve stayed proactive and client-focused, helping our community understand these changes and ensuring they feel confident and informed every step of the way. Change is inevitable, but at Revel Realty, we believe it’s how you adapt that defines you—and we're proud to say we’ve done just that.
Even without a permanent storefront, we’ve remained firmly rooted in the community. Every Friday, you can find us at the Windermere Farmer’s Market, where we've collected non-perishable donations for Matthew’s Hope. This incredible local charity supports the homeless, and we're honored to contribute to their mission. Giving back has always been part of who we are, and we're proud to keep that tradition strong, no matter where we are based.
In just one year, Revel Realty has achieved some incredible recognition. We were honored to be nominated for Small Business of the Year by the West Orange Chamber of Commerce. While we didn’t take home that award, we were thrilled that our very own Broker, Chris Sapp, received the prestigious Chair’s Award for his dedication to the community and his unwavering involvement with the Chamber. It's a true reflection of the heart of Revel Realty—service, passion, and community first.
We were also proud to be nominated as "Best of the Best" by The Local magazine in Winter Garden and "Best Real Estate Firm" in the Clermont Sun Reader's Choice awards; a testament to the trust and relationships we've built with our clients, neighbors, and friends.
What excites us most is not just looking back—it's looking ahead. We’ve only just begun to scratch the surface of what we can do, and we’re grateful to have each of you along for this journey.
