Born in Venezuela and shaped by an international life that has taken him across five countries, Guillermo Brusa brings a global perspective and a deep appreciation for different cultures to his real estate career. After living in Europe and experiencing life in international communities, Guillermo made Florida his home in 2017. His experiences have given him a natural ability to connect with people from different backgrounds and an understanding of the many perspectives that can influence a client’s real estate journey.

Guillermo holds a degree in Business Administration, providing him with a strong foundation in analytical thinking, organization, and problem-solving. He approaches each client relationship with an open mind and a thoughtful, solutions-oriented perspective, recognizing that every person and every real estate goal is unique.

Outside of real estate, Guillermo is an accomplished oil painter. His passion for painting reflects the same creativity, patience, discipline, and attention to detail that he brings to his professional life.
