About Annie Davids

Annie Davids is a licensed Realtor based in Dr. Phillips. Originally from England, she moved to the U.S. at age 14 and grew up in the Central Florida area, where she developed a deep appreciation for the communities she now serves.

After returning to Central Florida in 2021 with her husband and two young children, Annie knew she wanted to build her real estate career helping families find places where they can truly feel at home. She brings over 15 years of experience in education as a teacher, instructional coach, and school leader; experience that shaped her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and client-first approach.

Known for being organized, responsive, and supportive, Annie is passionate about guiding clients through the buying and selling process with clarity and care. She is proud to be part of the Revel Realty team and is dedicated to providing a positive, seamless experience for every client she serves.
